  • Make up water…

Make up water is consistently required in systems that use recirculating water. Typical reasons are to replace water to replace water lost due to evaporation, leakage, etc. Cooling towers always include make up water to replace water lost to evaperation, dirft and blowdown.

  • Water Treatment ….

Water treatment is a process of making water suitable for its application or returning its natural state.  Water treatment is needed before and after this application.

Water treatment involves science, engineering, business and art. It may include, mechanical, physical, biological and chemical methods.

    •    Natural Water includes some discussion on hard or soft water. softening hard water for boiling, cooler and domestic application therein. these treatments prepare water so that it is suitable for the applications.
    •   water biology deals with water and biology. Drinking water is part of making water suitable for living.

    General Waste water treatment

water is a renewable source. All water treatments involves the removal of solids, bacteria, algae, plants, inorganic compounds and organic compounds. Removal of solids is usually done by filtration and sediment.  bacteria digestion is an important process to remove harmful pollutants.

  • The water cycle.

The water cycle also known as the Hydro logic cycle or the H2O cycle describes the continuous movement of water on above and bellow the surface of the Earth. The water moves from one reservoir to another, such as from river to ocean, or from the ocean to the atmosphere, by the physical processes of evaporation, condensation, precipitation, infiltration, runoff, and subsurface flow. -Rustin

  • Ocean currents

what is an ocean current? An ocean current is a continuous movement of ocean water. It is made by the forces acting upon the current, such as breaking waves, wind, temperature and salinity differences and tides caused by the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun. Ocean currents go in a clockwise rotation in the northern hemisphere and a counter-clockwise rotation in the southern hemisphere because of the wind.
